Dr. Maxwell has been practicing as a general radiologist since 2006, bringing nearly two decades of clinical experience to her work. She completed her undergraduate studies at Northwestern University in Chicago and went on to earn her medical degree through a U.S. Navy scholarship program.

Dr. Maxwell completed her residency training at Saint Vincents Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. She then served five years in the United States Navy, including three years as a flight surgeon and one year in postgraduate (PGY) training.
With over 19 years of experience, Dr. Maxwell has developed broad expertise across multiple imaging modalities, including ultrasound, x-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and breast imaging. She also has significant experience in interventional radiology, with a focus on performing ultrasound-guided breast biopsies.
